We at ABC Certification always strive to provide the highest levels of quality and satisfaction to our customers. If you are not satisfied with your service, you are allowed to request a return or exchange according to the following terms and conditions:
1. Return period:
·  Return request must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
·  A return request will not be accepted after the specified return period has expired.
2. General terms and conditions:
·  The original purchase/payment receipt must be presented as proof of purchase of the service from ABC Certification
·  Fees or re-evaluation may apply to the stages of the service that were implemented up to the date of the return request and a settlement will be made for these stages.
·  The return request may be rejected after the start of the service or the issuance of certificates via [ABC Certification].
